I lead business process digitalization projects, starting from an analysis of how the company really works, as a business analyst and project manager.

I work where a business goal meets technology. I analyse the problem, define the requirements and support decision makers with explicit criteria. On this site I try to make projects readable: what was done, why, and with what effects.
